¿What is Nico Robot?
Nico Robot is a line of sterilization products that uses UV-C light radiation to eliminate 99% of viruses, bacteria, and protozoa.
The Nico Robot product line includes autonomous mobile devices for disinfecting large areas, as well as static devices for targeted disinfection and sterilization booths for clinical instruments.

BEHIND OUR TECHNOLOGY
To ensure the sterilization effectiveness of our equipment, we use radiation emitted by UV-C light.
This type of UV light, most commonly used as a germicide, is generated by a low-pressure mercury vapor arc that emits around 254 nm. It has a shorter and more energetic wavelength compared to other types of UV radiation, making it effective in neutralizing viruses, bacteria, and protozoa.
In response to the high demand for disinfection products due to the Sars-CoV-2 (Covid-19) virus, the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL) at Boston University conducted research in which they exposed virus-contaminated material to various types of UV-C radiation and evaluated the inactivation and/or neutralization capacity under different conditions. The team applied a dose of 5 mJ/cm², which resulted in a 99% reduction of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in 6 seconds. Based on this data, it was determined that a dose of 22 mJ/cm² achieves a 99.9999% reduction in 25 seconds.

Kbinet Blue is a low-cost disinfection lamp that, when placed, connected to direct power, and activated remotely, disinfects and sterilizes surfaces within a 2.75-meter radius using its UV-C lights.
NICO ROBOT
Nico is a line-following robot that, once activated, performs the disinfection process fully autonomously, navigating through the areas where disinfection and sterilization are required. Its use guarantees 99% effectiveness, eliminating viruses, bacteria, and protozoa along its path.
KBINET MINI
Kbinet Mini, es una cabina de desinfección de elementos de uso personal o industrial, la cual también permite esterilizar instrumental quirúrgico. En este producto se aprovecha la radiación germicida de la luz UV-C y también el ozono generado por las mismas, esto garantiza la esterilización de los elementos.
KBINET BLUE
Kbinet Blue es una lámpara de desinfección, de bajo costo, la cual al ser ubicada, conectada a corriente directa y posteriormente accionada desde la distancia, logra desinfectar y esterilizar por medio de sus luces UV-C las superficies que se encuentran a 2.75 mts. a la redonda.

Nico es un robot seguidor de líneas, el cual con Ser accionado, logra hacer el proceso de desinfección de forma totalmente autónoma, recorriendo las áreas en las cuales se desea hacer el proceso de desinfección y esterilización. HOW TO USE A NICO ROBOT STERILIZATION DEVICE?
Because UV-C light emits high levels of radiation, direct contact with the skin can be carcinogenic. For this reason, it must be used responsibly and activated remotely. This is why Nico Robot devices are connected to an application that allows them to be turned on remotely, and they also feature a safety system that uses motion sensors to automatically stop the radiation process when the presence of humans or animals is detected.
Below, we present the usage protocol for our products, which ensures safe disinfection and sterilization.
1.
Turn on the device by pressing the switch located on the back of the unit.
2.
Download the Nico Robot app and register. Then, select your device model and connect via Bluetooth.
3.
Adjust the disinfection settings, including time and path if applicable, and start the process. Remember that you must leave the disinfection area before pressing the start button. If external movement is detected, the device will automatically stop.
4.
At the end of the sterilization process, the de-ozonation process will begin. Wait for this process to finish before re-entering the area.
